Space Universalis

Space Universalis is not just an endless dungeon crawler for 1–6 players playable solo or co-op. It is a robust game system with quick setup, scalable difficulty, great tactical depth, and maximum customization. Immerse yourself in a whirlwind of exploration, tension, and combat in the far future.

This new dungeon crawler shares a similar game system with Dungeon Universalis Open World, but is set in a futuristic universe: the galaxy in the year 5000 AD.

If Dungeon Universalis was born from our childhood passion for classic games, films and books such as Advanced HeroQuest, The Lord of the Rings, Warhammer Quest, Warhammer Fantasy, Conan, Willow and Dungeons & Dragons, then Space Universalis is born from our love of Space Crusade, Star Wars, Space Hulk, Alien, Predator, Terminator, Necromunda, Starship Troopers, WH40K, and many others. As miniature collectors of the sagas that captivated us throughout the 80s and 90s, we needed to create a game system capable of letting players use a wide range of factions within a shared setting.

Thus, in the universe of the year 5000, several factions will play a major role: the Alpha faction — genetically enhanced space soldiers who worship the ancient emperor Naalusec — the Helio faction, representing human civilisation from old Earth and its colonies, as well as mercenaries and space pirates, hive-minded xenomorphs, brutal orcs, armies of androids, and other ancient factions and species that we will gradually reveal.
